Ordering
Can I choose the fabric, colour and legs?
Yes. Most pieces can be made in a different upholstery, colour and leg finish, so they fit your space. Pick from the options on the product page, or write to us if you have something else in mind.
Can I see colour samples before I order?
Of course. Write to shop@vaya-home.com and we will send you a brochure with the upholstery options for the piece you like.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as production hasn’t started yet. Call us on +359 893 450 010 and we’ll adjust it for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, iDEAL and Bancontact. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order, so delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your location and the options you chose.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver door to door across Europe. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it in real time.
Do I need to assemble anything?
Most pieces arrive fully assembled, no tools needed. If yours needs a few simple steps, instructions are included.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as described in our refund policy. Pieces made with your own choice of fabric or measurements can’t be returned.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Check your order when it arrives and write to us straight away with a photo. We will make it right quickly.
Care
How do I care for the upholstery?
Vacuum gently with a soft brush attachment. Dab spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth. Keep out of strong direct sunlight to protect the colour.

Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?
Yes, for interior designers, hotels, restaurants and bulk orders. Visit Corporate clients or write to us for an offer.
